A balcony offers ocean views. Free private parking is available on site.

There is no onsite restaurant. The kitchen is set up for self-catering, with cookware and utensils provided. For meals outside, guests recommend Victory Lounge in Park Square (next to the Spar) and Demat at Gateway Mall Entrance 9, both known for tasty curries that are flavorful but not overly spicy.

Guests have access to a year-round outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end, a fitness centre with high-tech treadmills, a spa and wellness centre, and a private beach area. A terrace with outdoor furniture is also available. Note: at the time of a recent stay, the pool was undergoing repair for a leak, so check with the front desk before planning a swim.

The apartment is 3 km from Umhlanga Main Beach and 18 km from King Shaka International Airport. The area is central, with many shops and malls, including Gateway Mall. Parking signage is poor, and the parking area is on P1, the first parking off the one-way road. Cellular signal is weak in the parking area, so you may need to walk to security for entry. Security guard Clive is very helpful.

The property offers a 24-hour front desk, 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, fire extinguishers, key card access, and smoke alarms. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Access to the building uses an app, but a physical access tag can be requested from security. Some guests had trouble with the door code on certain phones, so ask for a tag to avoid issues. The front desk provides invoices upon request.
