SIYAYA'S GUEST PALACE - Jozini Hotels

The ground-floor apartment has one bedroom, a living room, and a private pool with mountain views. The bedroom includes air conditioning and multiple plug points for charging devices. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and basic utensils. The living area has a dining table, a sofa bed, and a TV. Guests noted the lack of a bedside table and lamp in the bedroom.

The property features a private pool, though recent guests reported it needed cleaning and maintenance. Siyaya's Guest Palace is popular for parties, braais, and weddings. The owner has invested in entertainment facilities, including a braai space and pool party area. Trash from events was sometimes left in the yard, affecting the stay for business travelers.

Located on the P450 Road, the apartment is near Jozini Dam and the Zulu Cultural Village. The road is unpaved and in poor condition; a small car may have difficulty reaching the property. There are no directional signs or visible branding at the entrance, making it hard to find. Guests praise the quiet surroundings but note the need for better signage.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, even for late arrivals at 22h00. The apartment is self-catering; no on-site dining or room service is available. There is no WiFi, and guests reported water shortages, low pressure in the bathroom, and power fluctuations. Some rooms had dirty walls and a bathroom sink without a stopper. Mosquitoes were present.

Positive points include comfortable air conditioning, decent decoration, and ample plug points. Negative feedback highlights cleanliness (trash from events), lack of kitchen cutlery, noisy parties, and maintenance issues with water and electricity. The property has potential but requires better management and upkeep to ensure a consistent experience.
