Note that the stove is old with split plates, the microwave doesn't heat food efficiently, and the toilet flush handle needs to be lifted up each time to stop water from running. The main bedroom door screeches when opened or closed, and the sink tap leaks below the body.

Margate Beach is a 3-minute walk away, giving easy access to the sand and sea. Margate Airport is 4 km from the apartment, making transfers simple. The area is good for morning jogs along the coast.
