Each free-standing suite has a bedroom, a walk-in cupboard, and a spacious lounge area. The open-plan bathroom includes two baths, plus an indoor and an outdoor shower. A furnished deck provides views of the waterhole where wildlife gathers.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the boma area or the formal dining room. The menu changes daily and includes ingredients like vetkoek, French toast, and crème brûlée. The well-stocked bar offers cocktails and wines, and special diet menus are available on request.

Morning and afternoon game drives are included and led by rangers like Alex, Matthew, or Henry. The lodge has an outdoor infinity pool with pool towels and sun loungers. The lodge is inside Nambiti Private Game Reserve, home to the Big Five and abundant birdlife. King Shaka International Airport is 300 km away, and Johannesburg is 400 km from the property. Guests are met at the reserve gate and transferred to the lodge (about 20 minutes). The nearest town is Ladysmith.
