Margate Airport is 4 km from the resort. Local roads have potholes and poor street lighting at night, so driving carefully is advised. Uber is not available in the area; meter cabs are expensive. Most guests recommend renting a car.
Guest Services
Housekeeping is provided once per week (weekdays only) - towels and linen are not changed between cleanings. Guests must bring their own toilet paper and bath towels. The resort has 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and safety deposit boxes. There is a lift, a barber/beauty shop, and a shuttle service (check availability). Reception is not open on weekends, and the on-site shop may also have limited hours.
