Rooms
Each room at Bella's B&B includes a private bathroom, kitchenette with essential appliances, and garden views. Rooms come with a work desk, TV, and free WiFi. The cottage is spacious, neatly furnished, and spotlessly clean, as noted by guests. Some cottages have an open-plan bathroom without a door, so check when booking.
Dining
Breakfast is served in-room and includes a menu with kids' meals and special diets (gluten-free, vegetarian). Guests call it a '5-star breakfast' and 'scrumptious and filling'. Packed lunches are available for day trips. The host can recommend local restaurants for dinner.
Leisure
The outdoor swimming pool is open all year and offers mountain views. The pool has a shallow end and towels provided. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, a sun terrace, and a lush garden with outdoor dining area. A golf course is within 3 km. The Vryheid Hill Nature Reserve and Kambula Battlefield are nearby for hiking and history.
Location
Bella's B&B is in a quiet part of Vryheid, close to the Vryheid Hill Nature Reserve (5-minute drive) and Cecil Emmett Park. The Kambula Battlefield is a short drive away. The area is peaceful, but the town itself has limited attractions. Free private parking is on-site.
Free Parking and WiFi
Guests get free private parking and free WiFi throughout. Services include airport shuttle (pickup/drop-off), daily housekeeping, laundry, and express check-in/check-out. The property has 24-hour security and safety deposit boxes. A shuttle service to local points is available on request.
“Bella's B&B presents itself as a property where genuine hospitality meets thoughtful artistry. The owners' dedication is palpable, evident in the well-appointed, spotless cottages and the truly delightful breakfasts that underscore a commitment to quality. It's this blend of comfort, artistic flair, and exceptional service that makes a stay here feel particularly enriching.”
